Partnership HealthPlan of California is a non-profit community based health care organization that contracts with the State to administer Medi-Cal Benefits through local care providers to ensure Medi-Cal recipients have access to high-quality comprehensive cost-effective health care. 

Partnership provides quality health care to over 680,000 lives.  Beginning in Solano County in 1994, Partnership now provides services to 14 Northern California counties.

On January 1, 2024, we are anticipating 10 new counties joining the Partnership HealthPlan of California (PHC) service area: Butte, Colusa, Glenn, Nevada, Placer, Plumas, Sierra, Sutter, Tehama, and Yuba.
