Civil Division

Division of the Sheriff:
Responsible for carrying out several civil duties including the in-processing and out-processing of summonses and complaints, writs of execution and physical evictions from premises. The Civil Division serves all civil process including but not limited to: evictions, divorce, order to show cause, temporary restraining orders, civil harassment orders, workplace violence orders, wage garnishments, civil bench warrants, child support orders, small claims.
