Public Works operations are managed by the Planning & Public Works Agency.  The divisions that make up those operations are Road Department, Fleet Services, Solid Waste Enterprise and the Orland and Willows Airport Enterprises, Flood Control , Transportation, Public Transit and County Engineer & Surveyor.
