Joining the Document Holder’s List, and checking to see if there are addenda issued prior to bidding are the sole responsibility of the bidder. If any addendum is issued, the County will attempt to notify each document holder on the Document Holder’s List using the e-mail address and/or the FAX numbers entered on the Document Holder’s List. The County shall not in any way be responsible or liable for failure of a document holder to receive notification. ONLINE AUCTIONEER SERVICES
The COUNTY OF GLENN is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to conduct an online auction of County owned surplus equipment. This equipment includes road construction equipment, sedans, pick-up trucks, 8 passenger vans, tractors, lawn maintenance, office equipment and other miscellaneous general equipment. This equipment is staged at the County’s Fleet Service Center located at 453 East Co. Rd. 49 ½. The tentative date for the online auction is November 29, 2018.
