Over $15 Million in funds are available statewide to replace 1993 and older high-polluting trucks with 2007 and newer cleaner trucks. This program is available for small fleets and owner-operators based in California for the previous two years.

This determination has been made, and the Draft EIR has been prepared, according to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the State CEQA Guidelines, and the rules, regulations, and procedures for implementing CEQA as adopted by the Glenn County Planning & Public Works Agency.
On August 18, 2015, the Glenn County Board of Supervisors (Board) imposed a moratorium on the issuance of Conditional Use Permits issued under Section 15.330.040 (M) of the Glenn County Code.
