PEOPLE v. GARZA, JAIME- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 273.5(f)(2), Corporal Injury to the Mother of Child with a Prior Domestic Violence Conviction. Defendant was sentenced to 4 years in state prison. The case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Willows Police Department Officers Thompson and Edgington.

PEOPLE v. GRAVELLE, JAMES- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Health and Safety Code section 11379(a), Transportation of Methamphetamine for Sales. Defendant was sentenced to 3 years in prison. The case was prosecuted by DDA Stewart with assistance from Orland Police Department Officer Ayres and GLINTF Agents Gibbs and Cushman. 

PEOPLE v. GARCIA, FERNANDO- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Vehicle Code section 2800.2, Evading a Peace Officer. Defendant was sentenced to 181 days in county jail, 3 years formal probation, 24 hours of community service, abstain from alcohol, 2 NA's per week, and drug court . The case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Orland Police Department Officers Branson and Carmon.

PEOPLE v. BECERRA, JORGE- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Health and Safety Code Section 11360(a)(2), Transportation for Sales of Marijuana. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days in county jail and 3 years court probation. The case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from California Highway Patrol Officer Lynch and GLINTF Agent Cushman.
