PEOPLE V. WARREN, TIMOTHY- Defendant was previously convicted of felony violations of Health and Safety Code sections 11379, Sale of Methamphetamine, 11366(a), Maintaining a Place for Sale of Methamphetamine, Penal Code sections 459, Second Degree Burglary, misdemeanor 148(a)(1), Resist Obstruct Delay a Peace Officer, and found in violation of probation in 1 case. The Defendant was re-sentenced to 3 years 4 months in state prison. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart from Glenn County Probation Department Officers Perry, Teague, Moize, and Van Eck, Orland Police Department Officer Fullmore, Glenn County Sheriff’s Office Sergeant Melgarejo, and GLINTF Agents Cushman and Tharp. 

PEOPLE V. BEEGLE, JAMES- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Vehicle Code section 14601.2, Driving on a Suspended License with a Prior. The Defendant was also found in violation of probation in 3 separate cases. Defendant was sentenced to 360 days  and an additional 300 days were suspended. Probation was terminated on 1 case and reinstated on 2 cases. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from California Highway Patrol Officer Warner and Glenn County Probation Department Officers Permann and Garcia. 

PEOPLE V. DENIZ, MICHAEL- Defendant was previously convicted of a misdemeanor violations of Health and Safety Code Sections 11377 Possession of Methamphetamine  and 11364 Possession of Narcotics Paraphernalia and Penal Code Section 591.5 Interfering with a Wireless Communication Device.  Defendant was found in violation of probation for the 3rd time. Defendant was sentenced to 300 days jail and probation was terminated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Permann.

PEOPLE V. SUMAHIT, DAVID- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of 273.5(a), Corporal Injury on a Cohabitant and a 667.5(b), Prison Prior. Defendant was found in violation of Post Release Community Supervision for the 4th time. Defendant was sentenced to 160 days in jail and PRCS was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey and Glenn County Probation Department Officer Van Eck.

PEOPLE V. SAYYAPHOM, SUNNY- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of 10851, Automobile Theft and found in violation of parole for the 3rd time. Defendant was sentenced to 135 days jail and parole was reinstated.  This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Parole Agent Harrison.

PEOPLE V. MALLARD, DAREN- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 148.9, False Information to a Peace Officer. Defendant was also found in violation of probation on two different cases with 4 new violations of probation. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days in county, 3 years court probation, and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Orland Police Department Officer Fullmore and Glenn County Probation Department Officer Permann. 

PEOPLE V. MONTES, MAURILIO- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 148.9, False Information to a Peace Officer. Defendant was sentenced to 60 days in county jail and 3 years court probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Orland Police Department Officer Mills.
