AS HEARD IN COURT AUGUST 31, 2018

 

PEOPLE V. REED, HANNAH- Defendant was convicted of felony violations of Penal Code 118(a), Perjury; Welfare and Institutions Code 10980(g)(2), Welfare Fraud CalFresh; 10980(c)(2), Welfare Fraud CalWorks; and a misdemeanor violation of 422(a), Criminal Threats. The defendant was sentenced to 4 years prison, with 1 year to be served in prison and 60 days in jail, and 3 years suspended on mandatory supervision. Defendant was ordered to pay the full restitution of $2,883 for the welfare fraud. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart and DDA Neumann with assistance from Health and Human Services Agency Special Investigations Unit Investigator Bouldin and Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Corbin.

PEOPLE V. FALLON, DANIEL- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 245(a)(4), Assault with Great Bodily Injury Likely and 273.6(d) Violation of a Restraining Order with Injury. The defendant was sentenced to 2 years 197 days jail and 4 years formal probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with Glenn County Sheriff's Office Sergeant McDonald, and Deputies McIntyre and Lemmon and Orland Police Department Officer Roenspie

PEOPLE V. ALVAREZ, MARIO- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 261.5(c), Sexual Intercourse with Minor More than 3 Years Younger. The defendant was sentenced to 90 daysjail, Sex Offender Treatment Program, $210 restitution, and 3 years formal probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with Glenn County Sheriff's Office Sergeant Deputy Lemmon.

PEOPLE V. HENDERSON, JESSICA- Defendant was found in violation of Post Release Community Supervision for the 2nd time. The Defendant was sentenced to 60 days jail and PRCS was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Van Eck.

PEOPLE V. GUILL, DEVIN- Defendant was found in violation of court probation for the 2nd time. The Defendant was sentenced to 60 days jail and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Corporal Sullivan.
