PEOPLE V. MATEO, MICHAEL- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 4573.6(a), Possession of Methamphetamine in Prison. Defendant was sentenced to 2 years state prison. GOMEZ, DANIEL MONTALVO- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code sections 1320.5, Failure to Appear while on Bail, and misdemeanor violations of 273.5, Corporal Injury to a Cohabitant, and 273.6, Violation of a Criminal Protective Order. Defendant was sentenced to 240 days jail, 3 years formal probation, drug court, and 52 week Batterer's Treatment Program. PEOPLE V. WHITE, BILLIE- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Vehicle Code section 23153(b), Felony DUI Over 0.08% BAC with a Prior. Defendant was found in violation of probation for the 1st time. Defendant was sentenced to 180 days jail and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Moize.
PEOPLE V. SANCHEZ, ALEXIS- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 148(a)(1), Resist Obstruct Delay Peace Officer and a violation of probation for the 2nd time. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail and probation was terminated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Orland Police Department Officer Carmon.
PEOPLE V. MCDOWELL, JEFFERY- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 273.5(a), Corporal Injury to a Cohabitant. Defendant was found in violation of Post Release Community Supervision for the 2nd time. Defendant was sentenced to 90 days jail and PRCS was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Van Eck.
