PEOPLE V. WOODS, STEVEN- Defendant convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 4532(b)(1), Escape, and two enhancements of Penal Code section 667.5(b), Prior Prison Commitments. Defendant was sentenced to 5 years in state prison. The case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff’s Office Lieutenant Bouldin.

 PEOPLE V. NEILSON, DONALD- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Vehicle Code section 23152(a)/23550, DUI with 3 Prior DUI convictions. Defendant was found in violation of probation for the 1st time. Defendant was sentenced to 3 years in prison. The case was prosecuted by DDA Harbarger with assistance from Orland Police Department Officer Ayres and Glenn County Probation Department Officer Moize.   

PEOPLE V. DONALDSON, JASON- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Vehicle Code section 2800.2(a), Evasion. Defendant was found in violation of probation for the 1st time. Defendant was sentenced to 300 days in county jail, Drug Court, and probation was reinstated. The case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Tompkins.

PEOPLE V. ESTEBAN, JOHN- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Health and Safety Code section 11378, Possession of Methamphetamine for Sales. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days in county jail and 3 years formal probation. The case was prosecuted by DDA Harbarger with assistance from Willows Police Department Sergeant McIntyre and Officers Ayres and Thompson and Glenn County Sheriff’s Office Detective Blair.

PEOPLE V. SPECK, CARRIE- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 4573.6, Possession of Controlled Substance in Jail. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days in county jail, 3 years formal probation, and Drug Court. The case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Owens and Sergeant Melgarejo.

PEOPLE V. BURNS- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Vehicle Code section 23152(b)/23550.5, DUI with a Prior Felony DUI. Defendant was sentenced to 277 days in county jail with 200 days suspended, 5 years formal probation, and a Rehabilitation Program. The case was prosecuted by DDA Harbarger with assistance from Orland Police Department Officer Carrillo.

PEOPLE V. ANNIS, THOMAS- Defendant was convicted of two felony violations of Penal Code section 245(a)(4), Assault with Force Likely to Produce Great Bodily Injury. Defendant was sentenced to 5 years state prison suspended and 5 years formal probation. The case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff’s Office Sergeant McDonald and Deputy Owens and CHP Officer Nelson.
