PEOPLE V. STEVENS, MIKKEL- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Health and Safety Code section 11377(a), Possession of Methamphetamine, and 11550(a), Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance. Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 69, Resisting a Peace Officer Using Force and was found in violation of probation for the 6th time. Defendant was sentenced to 3 years and 360 days in prison. The case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Tompkins and Glenn County Sheriff’s Office Deputies Holley and Tuma.

PEOPLE V. FOLSOM, DESTINIE- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 1320.5, Failure to Appear in Court while on Bail. Defendant was sentenced to 2 years in prison. The case was prosecuted by DDA Harbarger.

PEOPLE V. PEREZ, SAUL- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 422, Criminal Threats. Defendant was sentenced to 16 months in state prison. The case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Orland Police Department Officers Cessna and Fullmore and Victim Witness Advocate Pinedo.

PEOPLE V. BUSH, JONATHAN- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 4352(b)(1), Escape from Custody. Defendant was sentenced to 8 months in prison consecutive to his current prison sentence. The case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Holley.

PEOPLE V. HAMMOND, JEFFREY- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 594(a), Vandalism over $950. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days in county jail and 3 years of probation. The case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Willows Police Department Officer Thompson and Willows Fire Chief Peabody.
