MORENO, ROBERTO- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 187(a)/193(a)(3), Voluntary Manslaughter. Defendant was sentenced to 11 years in state prison and ordered to pay $4,662.63 in restitution for funeral expenses. DAVIS, BRANDON- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Health and Safety Code section 11379(a), Transportation for Sale of Methamphetamine and misdemeanor violation of Penal Code Section 488, Petty Theft. Defendant was found in violation of probation for the 15th and 16th time. Defendant was sentenced to 2 years in prison. The case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Tompkins.

SHARPE, BRYANT- Defendant was convicted of felony violations of Penal Code sections 261.5(c), Unlawful Sexual Intercourse with a Minor, 459, Second Degree Burglary, and a misdemeanor 602(m), Trespassing. Defendant was sentenced to 419 days in county jail, 5 years formal probation, and Drug Court. The case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Orland Police Department Officers Carmon, Roenspie, Branson, Fullmore, and Sergeant Johnson. 

ACEVEDO, STEVEN- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 4573(a), Bringing Methamphetamine into Jail. Defendant was found in violation of probation for the 3rd time on a separate misdemeanor case. Defendant was sentenced to 289 days in county jail, 3 years formal probation, and Drug Court. The case was prosecuted by DDA Harbarger with assistance from Butte County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Brazzi, Glenn County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Sullivan, Willows Police Department Officer Thompson, and Glenn County Probation Department Officer Tompkins. 

HERNANDEZ, STEVEN- Defendant was previously convicted of misdemeanor violations of Health and Safety Code sections 11550(a), Being Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance, 11364(a), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Business and Professions code sections 4060, Unlawful Possession of Clonazepam, and 4060, Unlawful Possession of Norco. Defendant was found in violation of probation for the 3rd time. Defendant was sentenced to 180 days in county jail and probation was terminated. The case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Willows Police Department Sergeant McIntyre and Glenn County Probation Department Officer Tompkins.

Defendant was sentenced to 419 days in county jail, 5 years formal probation, and Drug Court. ASHLOCK, ANTHONY- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Vehicle Code section 4463(a)(2), Passing False Registration and a misdemeanor violation of Vehicle Code section 14601.2(a), Driving with a Suspended License due to a DUI. Defendant was sentenced to 60 days in county jail and 3 years formal probation.
