PEOPLE V. BUTLER, THOMAS- Defendant was previously convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Health and Safety Code section 11377(a), Possession of Methamphetamine. Defendant was found in violation of probation for the 3rd time. Defendant was sentenced to 180 days in county jail and probation was reinstated. The case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Orland Police Department Officer Carmon and Glenn County Probation Department Officers Tompkins and Permann.

 PEOPLE V. HUTSELL, DONALD- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 314(1), Indecent Exposure. Defendant was sentenced to 90 days in county jail, 3 years formal probation, and Sex Offender Treatment. The case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from California Highway Patrol Officer Henriques. 

PEOPLE V. GARIBAY, ERIKA- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 273a(a), Child Endangerment. Defendant was sentenced to 60 days in county jail, 4 years formal probation, and Child Endangerment Counseling. The case was prosecuted by DDA Harbarger with assistance from Willows Police Department Officer Ayres.  

PEOPLE V. HANDLEY, JOHN- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 273.5(a), Corporal Injury against Cohabitant. Defendant was sentenced to 60 days in county jail, 3 years formal probation, 52-Week Batterers Treatment Classes. The case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff’s Office Detective Blair.

Defendant was sentenced to 60 days in county jail, 3 years formal probation, 52-Week Batterers Treatment Classes. The case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Willows Police Department Officer Thompson.

The case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff’s Office Deputies Lemmon and Draper.

The case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Orland Police Department Officer Roenspie.
