PEOPLE V. THOMAS FRED- Defendant was convicted by a jury on a felony violation of Penal Code Section 273.5(a), Corporal Injury on his Spouse. The Defendant also admitted to three violations of Penal Code Section 667.5(b) Prior Prison Commitments. This case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Alves and victim witness advocate Pinedo. The sentencing will be held on January 26, 2018.

PEOPLE V. MORENO, NICO- Defendant was convicted of felony violations of Penal Code section 211, Robbery of Inhabited Dwelling, and Penal Code section 666.5/10851(a), Vehicle Theft with a Prior Conviction of Vehicle Theft. Defendant was sentenced to 7 years in state prison and $645 in Restitution. The case was prosecuted by DDA Harbarger with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Sgt. McDonald, Detective Felton, and Deputy Draper. 

PEOPLE V. WATTS, HUBERT- Defendant was convicted of felony violations of Penal Code section 211, Robbery of Inhabited Dwelling, and Penal Code section 666.5/10851(a), Vehicle Theft with a Prior Conviction of Vehicle Theft. Defendant was sentenced to 7 years in state prison and $645 in Restitution. The case was prosecuted by DDA Harbarger with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Sgt. McDonald, Detective Felton, and Deputy Draper. 

PEOPLE V. OLIVEIRA, MICHAEL- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Vehicle Code section 496d(a), Receiving Stolen Vehicle. Defendant was sentenced to 2 years in prison and $3200 in Restitution. The case was prosecuted by DDA Harbarger with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Barnes. 

PEOPLE V. DAWSON, BRANDON- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 422, Criminal Threats. Defendant was sentenced to 16 months in state prison. The case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Orland Police Department Officer Cessna. 

PEOPLE V. SAYYAPHOM, ANDY- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 243(e)(1), Battery on Person with whom in a Dating Relationship. Defendant was sentenced to 364 days in county jail and probation was denied. The case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputies Ramirez and Owens. 

PEOPLE V. GUTIERREZ, RAMIRO- Defendant was convicted of misdemeanor violations of Penal Code section 496(a), Receiving Stolen Property, and Health and Safety Code section 11364(a), Possession of a Methamphetamine Pipe, and a felony violation of Penal Code section 1320(b), Failure to Appear in Court. Defendant was sentenced to 109 days in county jail and 3 years formal probation. The case was prosecuted by DDA Harbarger with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Sgt. Gibbs and Deputy Corbin. 

PEOPLE V. STOLTENBERG, STEVEN- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 22210, Possession of a Billy Club. Defendant was sentenced to 84 days in county jail, 3 years formal probation, and mental health counseling. The case was prosecuted by DDA Harbarger with assistance from Orland Police Department Sgt. Johnson. 

PEOPLE V. SNYDER, SETH- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 487(a)/508, Embezzlement. Defendant was sentenced to 120 hours of community service, 2 years court probation, and ordered not to partake in any fundraisers while on probation. The full victim Restitution of $1,254.62 was paid back to the victims. The case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Orland Police Department Sergeant Johnson and Officer Carrillo.
