GARCIA, PATRICIA- Defendant was previously convicted of misdemeanor violations of Penal Code section 243(e)(1), Battery on Cohabitant, and Health and Safety Code section 11550, Under the Influence of Controlled Substance. Defendant was found in violation of probation for the 5th time and probation was revoked. Defendant was sentenced to 728 days in county jail. The case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Deputy Alves and Glenn County Probation Department Officer Garcia.
PEOPLE V. FARFAN, MADELINE- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 530.5 (c)(2), Identity Theft with Prior Conviction for Identity Theft. PEOPLE V. CROSS, BREANNA- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 32, Accessory to Arson. Defendant was previously convicted of a misdemeanor violations of Health and Safety Code sections 11377(a), Possession of Methamphetamine, and 11364(a), Possession of a Methamphetamine Pipe. Defendant was found in violation of probation for the 3rd time. Defendant was sentenced to 300 days in county jail and 3 years court probation. The cases were prosecuted by DDA Coffey and Neumann with assistance from GLNTF Agent Lopeteguy, Orland Police Department Officer Branson, and Glenn County Probation Department Officer Permann.

SANCHEZ, EMILIO- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 459, 2nd Degree Burglary, and a misdemeanor violation of Health and Safety Code section 11377(a), Possession of Methamphetamine. The defendant was sentenced to 193 days in county jail, 3 years formal probation, and Drug Court. The case was prosecuted by DDA Harbarger with assistance from Orland Police Department Officer Roenspie.
PEOPLE V. JOHNSON, CHANEL- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Vehicle Code section 23152(b)/23550, DUI with 3 Prior DUIs. Defendant was sentenced to 180 days in county jail and 3 years formal probation. The case was prosecuted by DDA Harbarger with assistance from California Highway Patrol Officers Valdez and Bowers.

BYERLY, LEVI- Defendant was previously convicted of misdemeanor violations of Vehicle Code section 14601.2, Driving on a Suspended License for DUI, and Penal Code section 21510(b), Possession of Switchblade. Defendant was found in violation of probation for the 1st time and probation was terminated. Defendant was sentenced to 150 days in county jail. The case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Orland Police Department Officers Cessna and Carmon and California Highway Patrol Officer Bowers.

GRIEDER, STEPHANIE- Defendant was previously convicted of felony violations of Penal Code section 245(a)(1), Assault with a Deadly Weapon and 13 felony violations of Penal Code section 530.5, Identity Theft. Defendant was found in violation of probation for the 3rd time and probation as reinstated. Defendant was sentenced to 90 days in county jail and referred back to Drug Court. The case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Permann.
