Certified Farmers’ Market Program:
Glenn County hosts a variable number of Certified Farmers’ Markets (CFM’s) that operate seasonally. CFM’s exempt farmers from many of the packaging, sizing, and labeling requirements set by California regulation. This system provides for a flexible marketing alternative without disruption of other produce marketing systems. You can rest assured that when you shop at a Certified Farmers’ Market, the products you purchase come directly from the farmer who produced them. Our annual registration fee for a CFM is $30.

Certified Producers Program:

All Certified Producers must register with our office in order to sell at any Certified Market. Certified Producers Certificates (CPC) are issued annually and are valid until December 31 of the year they are issued. Our annual registration fee for CPC's is $20, unless you are a military veteran (CPC fee exempt).
