Mental Health Service Act Proposed Innovation Plan

The MHSA Proposed Innovation Plan is available for public review and comment from March 26, 2019 through April 24, 2019. We welcome your feedback by phone, in person, or in writing. Comments may also be made during the Public Hearing to be held on Thursday, April 25,2019.

Transfer Station Open House

The Glenn County Public Works Agency will hold an Open House on Saturday, April 27 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the new Glenn County Transfer Station. We invite you to tour the Transfer Station and learn about recycling, facility operations, and equipment.

AS HEARD IN COURT APRIL 5, 2019

PEOPLE v. HORSTMAN, ANDREW- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 666.5(a), Automobile Theft with a Prior Auto Theft and 667.5(b), Prior Prison Term. Defendant was sentenced to mandatory supervision term of 5 years with 2 years in local prison and 3 years suspended on mandatory supervision. This case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputies Alves and Sheldon.

AS HEARD IN COURT MARCH 22, 2019

PEOPLE V. CRUZ, RUBEN- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 273.5(a), Corporal Injury on a Cohabitant. Defendant was found in violation of probation for the 5th time. Defendant was sentenced to 3 years state prison. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Ortiz.
