PEOPLE V. MCMILLEN, RYAN- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 245(a)(1), Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Penal Code section 667.5(b), Prior Prison Term, and Strike Prior. Defendant was previously convicted of felony violations of Penal Code section 666.5/10851(a), Vehicle Theft with a Prior Vehicle Theft, Penal Code section 496(a), Receiving Stolen Property over $950, Penal Code section 594(b)(1), Vandalism with Damage over $400, and Penal Code section 667.5(b), Prior Prison Term. Defendant was resentenced to 7 years in state prison. The case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Detectives Knight and Blair, Deputies Kelso, Martinez, Corbin, Jacinto, Lorenzo and Thompson, and Sgt. Holley and Orland Police Department Officers Branson and Roenspie.
PEOPLE V. SKIDMORE, ARMON- Defendant was convicted of Penal Code section 29800(a)(1), Possession of Firearm by a Felon, Vehicle Code section 4463(a), Falsification of Vehicle Registration, and was previously convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 21510(a), Carrying a Switchblade Knife. Defendant was found in violation of probation for the 2nd time. Defendant was sentenced to 240 days jail, Drug Court, and 3 years formal probation. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Ramirez and Orland Police Department Officers Cessna and Carmon.
PEOPLE V. HATFIELD, MATTHEW- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 182/368(d), Conspiracy to Commit Elder Abuse and misdemeanor violation of Vehicle Code section 14601.3, Habitual Traffic Offender. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail, Drug Court, and 3 years formal probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Department Deputy Ayres, Detective Felton, Agent Lopeteguy and Glenn County Probation Department Officer Perry.
PEOPLE V. LESTE, MARY- Defendant was previously convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 273a(b), Child Endagerment was found in violation of probation for the 3rd time. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officers Ortiz and Van Eck.

PANTOJA, ARIEL- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 148(a)(1), Resist Obstruct Delay a Peace Officer and previously convicted of a felony violation of Vehicle Code section 10851, Auto Theft. Defendant was found in violation of probation for the 1st time. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail and 3 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Orland Police Department Officer Carmon and Glenn County Probation Department Officer Moize.
PEOPLE V. SUMAHIT, RYAN- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 21810, Possession of Metal Knuckles found in violation for the 3rd and 4th time. Defendant was sentenced to 100 days jail and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Permann.
PEOPLE V. CAMACHO, RUBEN- Defendant was previously convicted of Penal Code section 270(a) Failure to Provide for a Child was found in violation of probation for the 1st time. Defendant was sentenced to 60 days jail and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Moize.
