This is a survey run by CalPoly San Luis Obispo to collect information from producers in the field, custom operators,
and first processing facilities, and covers all mobile ag equipment using any type of fuel or electricity,
of any horsepower in California.

High water levels on Stony Creek
Orland, CA – Stony Creek is experiencing higher than normal water levels due to runoff from recent storms as well as releases from Black Butte Dam. Increased flows on Stony Creek have caused some erosion of the riverbed and caused water to encroach further on to property than seen in the past in areas of Orland including in the vicinity of Stony Creek subdivision.
PEOPLE V. VESSELS, JAMES - Defendant was convicted of felony violations of Penal Code sections 530.5(c)(3), Identify Theft of More Than 10 persons with a Special Allegation Enhancement 12022.1(b)(1), Committing a Felony while Out on Bail, 1320(b), Failure to Appear for a Felony while on Own Recognizance, 4573.8, Possession of Alcohol in Jail, 594(a), Vandalism over $400, Health and Safety Code Section 11379(a), Possession of Controlled Substance for Sale, and misdemeanor violations of 148(a), Resist Obstruct Delay a Peace Officer and 530.5(c)(1), Identity Theft. Defendant was sentenced to 8 years prison, $1,455.18 Restitution, and 4 years of this sentence to be served on Mandatory Supervision. This case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann and Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputies Ayres, Sanchez, Martinez, Corbin, Barnes, Lemmon, Lopeteguy, Tuma, Thompson, and Sergeant Gibbs; CHP Officers Williams and Cushman; Glenn County Probation Department Officers Van Eck, and Edwards; and Willows Police Department Sergeant McIntyre and Chief Dahl.
PEOPLE V. MEDINA, MERANDA DAWN- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Health and Safety Code section 11378, Possession of Drugs for Sales. Defendant was sentenced to a split sentence of 1 year state prison and 3 years of Mandatory Supervision. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Sheldon.
