All Evacuation Orders Lifted for Mendocino Complex Fires

Evacuation Orders Lifted for the National Forest Area of Glenn County

Glenn County – Glenn County is lifting the Mandatory Evacuation Orders for the Mendocino National Forest area that were in place as a result of the Mendocino Complex fires. The area includes from the National Forest boundary west to the Lake County line, south to the Colusa County line and north to Forest Road 20N07 also known as County Road 308. The roads remain closed from the Forest boundary heading west including Forest Road 20N07 Road at forest boundary, Forest Road 18N38 Road at the forest boundary, and Black Diamond Road at the Forest Boundary. All evacuation orders have now been removed in Glenn County. Residents may return to their homes.

The Mendocino National Forest remains closed under Order Number 08-18-14, as well as all Forest System roads in this area. This closure applies to non-residents. Residents may access their homes but should be cautious of hazards including downed trees. Trees with deep charring, particularly if still smoking, should be considered hazardous. Please drive slowly and yield to emergency personnel in the area.
