Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) public hearing

The purpose of the Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) public hearing is to share with
the community the feedback received from the community stakeholder input during the 30
day public comment period from May 13, 2019 through June 11, 2019. The public hearing
provides a structured process that the county uses in partnership with stakeholders in
determining how best to utilize funds that become available for the MHSA components.

Notice - New Paraquat Training Requirements

New Paraquat Training Requirements in Effect

All applicators are now required to fulfill an EPA-approved training program before any paraquat application. After completing your training, please bring a copy of your certificate into the office.

Notice of 45-day Comment Period for Proposed Building Standards to the 2016 California Plumbing Code (CPC) and the 2016 California Green Building Standards Code (CALGREEN)

The Department of Housing and Community Development is proposing the adoption of building standards in the 2016 edition of the California Plumbing Code, Part 5 and the California Green Building Standard Code (CALGreen), Part 11 of Title 24.  

Notice of Public Hearing - 2020/2021 Community Action Plan

The Glenn County Board of Supervisors will conduct a Public Hearing to solicit community input on the 2020/2021 Community Action Plan (CAP Plan) on Tuesday, June 18, 2019 at 9:15 am, or as soon thereafter as business of the Board will allow, at the Glenn County Board of Supervisors' Chambers located at 525 W. Sycamore Street, Willows, CA, 95988.

The Glenn County Community Action Department, the administrative entity of the Colusa-Glenn-Trinity Community Action Partnership, on behalf of the counties of Colusa, Glenn, and Trinity, is in process of submitting a Community Action Plan (CAP Plan) for the 2020/2021 program years.  The CAP Plan identifies top priorities, based on community and agency input regarding service needs and gaps in the three counties, and it guides service development and delivery for the next two years.

Notice of Public Hearing - Glenn County 10 Year Plan to End Homelessness

 Public Hearing Notice 

Glenn County Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, July 30, 2019 at 9:15 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the business of the Board will allow, at the Glenn County Board of Supervisors’ Chambers, 525 W. Sycamore Street, Willows, California to solicit community input on the Glenn County 10 Year Plan to End Homelessness. The Community Action Department is seeking to adopt the Plan in order to qualify to accept the County’s noncompetitive allocation of No Place Like Home funding.  To review the plan in advance, please see the attached document.
