Abnormal Groundwater Level Report

Please let us know if you are experiencing problems with your water well. The information will be used to help us in our efforts to understand groundwater conditions, drought effects, and future planning efforts. For agricultural wells, the Abnormal Groundwater Level Report can be filled out and returned to the County's Agricultural Department or the Sheriff's Office. For domestic wells, please complete the Domestic Dry Well Call Sheet and return it to the Sheriff's Office. Additionally, the information can be taken by phone.

Update of the “AE” (Exclusive Agricultural) Zoning District for “Uses Permitted With A Conditional Use Permit”

On August 18, 2015, the Glenn County Board of Supervisors (Board) imposed a moratorium on the issuance of Conditional Use Permits issued under Section 15.330.040 (M) of the Glenn County Code. Planning staff will be presenting a draft ordinance at the Wednesday, October 21, 2015 meeting of the Glenn County Planning Commission.
