Sackett-Maxham, Tammy- Defendant was convicted of felony violations of Penal Code section 4573.6(a), Possession of Methamphetamine in Jail, and Penal Code section 30305(a)(1), Felon in Possession of Ammunition, and a misdemeanor violation of Vehicle Code section 23152(f), Driving under the combined influence of alcohol and drugs with a Prior DUI Conviction. Defendant was sentenced to 2 years in prison. Defendant was sentenced to 460 days in county jail, 5 years formal probation, and 52 weeks Batterers Treatment Program.
