People v. Bergman, Thomas- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 290.012(a), Failure to Annually Register as Sex Offender. Hess, David- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Health and Safety Code section 11351(a), Possession of a Controlled Substance Hydrocodone for Sale and misdemeanor violation of Penal Code 273.6(a) Violation of  Criminal Protective Order. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days in county jail, 3 years formal probation, and Drug Court. The case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Orland Police Department Sergeant Johnson and Officer Roenspie.

People v. Cordero, Thomas- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violations of Penal Code section 422(a), Criminal Threats, Penal Code Section 594(b)(2), Vandalism, and 3 counts of Penal Code Section 242, Battery. Defendant was sentenced to 89 days in county jail, 3 years formal probation, and 52 weeks Batterers Treatment Program. The case was prosecuted by DA Coffey with assistance from Willows Police Department Sergeant McIntyre and Officer Williams.
