AS HEARD IN COURT SEPTEMBER 25, 2018

PEOPLE V. DIXON, DAVID- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Vehicle Code section 2800.2, Evading A Peace Officer. Defendant was sentenced to 2 years in state prison. This case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from GCSO Deputies Shelton and Zarate.

PEOPLE V. SANCHEZ, CHRISTOPHER- Defendant was previously convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code Section 242/243(e)(1), Domestic Battery. Defendant was found in violation of probation for the 2nd time. Defendant was sentenced to 240 days jail and probation was terminated This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Ortiz.

PEOPLE V. GREEN, STEPHEN- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 148(a)(1), Resist Obstruct Delay Peace Officer. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail and 3 years court probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from CHP Officer Benfer.

PEOPLE V. MCGREGOR, STUART- Defendant was previously convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Vehicle Code Section 23152, Driving Under the Influence with 2 Priors. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail, with an additional 240 days suspended, and 3 years formal probation.  This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from CHP Officer Regnani.

PEOPLE V. VANG, CHOUA- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 242/243(e)(1), Domestic Battery. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail and 3 years formal probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from GCSO Deputy Thompson.

PEOPLE V. COLEMAN, MISTY- Defendant was previously convicted of violating Health and Safety Code sections 11377, Possession of a Controlled Substance, 11350, Possession of a Controlled Substance and 11364, Possession of Paraphernalia. Defendant was found in violation of probation for the 3rdtime. Defendant was sentenced to 90 days jail, terminated from Proposition 36 Treatment and 3 years formal probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Permann.

PEOPLE V. ALLEN, JERRY- Defendant was previously convicted of a 8 misdemeanor violations of Penal Code Section 273.6, Violation of a Restraining Order. Defendant was found in violation of probation for the 1st and 2nd time. Defendant was sentenced to 60 days jail and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Ortiz.
