PEOPLE V. BAILEY, BRANDON- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 211, Second Degree Robbery of CVS with a special allegation of 667(c)&(e)(1) and 1170.12, Prior Strike. Defendant was sentenced to 6 years state prison and ordered to pay $7,306.74 restitution. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Orland Police Department Officers Roenspie, Carmon, and Sgt. Vlach and Glenn County Sheriff's Department Deputies Zarate, Barnes, and Corbin.

PEOPLE V. RINCON, MANUEL- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Vehicle Code section 23153(a), DUI with Injury and Penal Code section 12022.7, Great Bodily Injury on a Second Victim. Defendant was found in violation of probation for the 1st time. Defendant was sentenced to 5 years 8 months state prison. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Van Eck. 

PEOPLE V. BRADY, ROBERT - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 211, Second Degree Robbery of CVS. Defendant was sentenced to 3 years state prison and ordered to pay $7,306.74 restitution. PEOPLE V. BOWMAN, TERESA- Defendant was convicted of misdemeanor violations of Health and Safety Code sections 11377(a), Possession of Methamphetamine, 11364(a), Possession of Methamphetamine Pipe, 11364(a), Possession of Hypodermic Needles, and Penal Code section 22810(a), Felon in Possession of Tear Gas. Defendant was sentenced to 364 days jail. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Thompson and Sergeant Melgarejo.

PEOPLE V. THEUMLER, JARED- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Vehicle Code section 459, First Degree Residential Burglary and misdemeanor violation of Health and Safety section 11350(a), Possession of Heroin. The Defendant was also on probation for three misdemeanor offenses and was found in violation of probation for the 2nd time. Defendant was sentenced to 240 days jail, Drug Court, and 5 years formal probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from the Glenn County Sheriff's Officer Deputies Huichapan and Barnes and Glenn County Probation Department Officer Moize. 

PEOPLE V. SILVA, DELIA- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 530.5, Identity Theft and was placed on Post Release Community Supervision. Defendant was found in violation of PRCS for the 3rd time. Defendant was sentenced to 180 days jail and PRCS was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart and Glenn County Probation Department Officer Van Eck.  

PEOPLE V. DELGADO, JESSE- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Health and Safety Code section 11351, Possession of a Controlled Substance for Sale and Penal Code section 1320.5, Felony Failure to Appear and was placed on Post Release Community Supervision. Defendant was found in violation of PRCS for the 3rd time. Defendant was sentenced to 180 days jail and PRCS was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart and Glenn County Probation Department Officer Van Eck. 

PEOPLE V. CONRAD, JAMES- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 594(b)(1), Vandalism over $400. Defendant was sentenced to 90 days jail, ordered to pay $4,037 restitution to the victim for destruction of their front door and vehicle side view mirror, and 3 years formal probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Lemmon and Victim Witness Advocate Troughton.
