AS HEARD IN COURT NOVEMBER 9, 2018

PEOPLE V. PERALTA, MIGUEL- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 422, Criminal Threats. Defendant was previously convicted in Tehama County for felonies committed against the same victim in violation of Penal Code sections 245(a)(1), Assault with a Deadly Weapon, 273.5(a), Corporal Injury to the Mother of his Child, 422(a), Criminal Threats, 236, False Imprisonment, and 136.1(a)(1), Prevent or Dissuade a Witness from Testifying. Defendant is currently serving 12 years state prison. Defendant was resentenced to 12 years 8 months state prison. This case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Department Deputy Draper. 

PEOPLE V. VARGAS, REYNALDO- Defendant was convicted of felony violations of Vehicle Code section 10851(a), Auto Theft, and Penal Code sections 496(a), Receiving Stolen Property and 4573.8, Possession of Alcohol in Jail. Defendant was sentenced to 2 years 8 months prison. The case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Department Deputies Corbin and Mencia and Tehama County Sheriff's Office Deputy Knight. 

PEOPLE V. CASTRO, MICHELEA- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code sections 422, Criminal Threats, and misdemeanor convictions of 243(e)(1), Domestic Battery against the Father of her Children, and 273.6(a), Violation of a Restraining Order against the same victim. Defendant was sentenced to 248 days jail and 4 years formal probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from the Orland Police Department Officer Simpson and Sergeant Johnson and Victim Witness Advocate Jacinto. 

PEOPLE V. WAMPLER, PHILLIP- Defendant was convicted of felony violations of Penal Code sections 273.5(f)(1), Corporal Injury to a Spouse with a Prior and 422(a), Criminal Threats. Defendant was sentenced to 180 days jail and 5 years formal probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office from Deputies Zarate, Draper, and Turner. 

PEOPLE V. CRAMER, ROBERT- Defendant was convicted of felony violations of Penal Code section 246.3, Discharge of a Firearm in a Grossly Negligent Manner and 422(a), Criminal Threats. Defendant was sentenced to 180 days jail and 3 years formal probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from California Highway Patrol Officers Kerr, Gardner, and Henry and Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputies Alves and Rasmussen. 

PEOPLE V. RODGERS/IMMOOS, LAURIE- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 530.5(a), Identity theft. Defendant was sentenced 120 days jail and 3 years formal probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from the Colusa County Sheriffs Department Deputy Brothers. 

PEOPLE V. AGUILAR, OMAR- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Vehicle Code section 23152(b), DUI over .08% BAC with 2 Prior DUI's. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail with 240 days suspended and 3 years court probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from the Orland Police Department Officer Carmon. 

PEOPLE V. NELSON, JEFFRY- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Vehicle Code section 23152(b), DUI over .08% BAC with 2 Prior DUI's. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail with 240 days suspended and 3 years court probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from the Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy McIntyre.

PEOPLE V. GRIFFITH, CHRISTOPHER- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code Section 1320.5, Failure to Appear on a Felony while out on Bail.  Defendant was sentenced 120 days jail, drug court, and 3 years formal probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey.

PEOPLE V. MORIAS, ERIKA- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 530.5(a), Identity Theft. Defendant was sentenced to 92 days jail, drug court, and 3 years formal probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputies Zarate and Corbin.

PEOPLE V. ROBERTS, GLENN- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Health and Safety Code section 11377(a), Possession of Methamphetamine. Defendant was sentenced to 90 days jail and 3 years court probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from the Orland Police Department Sergeant Johnson. 

PEOPLE V. AGUINAGA, STEPHANIE- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Health and Safety Code section 11550(a), Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance. Defendant was sentenced to 89 days jail and 3 years court probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Thompson.

PEOPLE V. CAMPOS, DOLORES- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Vehicle Code section 23152(b), DUI over .08%. Defendant was sentenced to 77 days jail. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from the California Highway Patrol Officer Newman.

PEOPLE V. PARDO, CHRISTIAN- Defendant was convicted of misdemeanor violation of Health and Safety Code section 11370.9, Concealing Receiving Proceeds from Controlled Substances Offenses and Penal Code section 25850(a), Possession of a Loaded Firearm. Defendant was sentenced to 61 days jail and 3 years court probation. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Detective Blair and Sergeant Gibbs and Orland Police Department Officer Carmon.

PEOPLE V. BARBEIRO, JAMIE- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Health and Safety Code section 11377(a), Possession of Methamphetamine. Defendant was sentenced to 60 days jail and 3 years court probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from the Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Ayres.
