AS HEARD IN COURT DECEMBER 2018 - JANUARY 4, 2019

PEOPLE V. MILLER, JESSE- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code sections 594(b)(1), Vandalism Over $400 and 29805, Felon in Possession of a Firearm. Defendant was sentenced to 3 years 8 months state prison. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Department Deputies Snider, Corbin, Francis, Branson, Thompson, Ramirez, and Ayres.

PEOPLE V. CLARK, MICHAEL- Defendant was convicted of felony violation of Vehicle Code Section 23152(b)/23550, DUI Over 0.08% BAC with 3 Prior DUI's. Defendant was sentenced to 16 months prison. This case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Orland Police Department Officer Roenspie.

PEOPLE V. GOMEZ, DANIEL MONTALVO- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code sections 1320.5, Failure to Appear while on Bail, and misdemeanor violations of 273.5, Corporal Injury to a Cohabitant, and 273.6, Violation of a Criminal Protective Order and was found in violation of probation in 3 separate cases. Defendant was sentenced to 1 year 115 days jail, probation was terminated in 2 cases, formal probation was reinstated in 1 case, and drug court. This case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Ortiz.

PEOPLE V. MOUNIVONG, JONATHAN- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code 459, 1st Degree Burglary, Person Present under 667.5(c)(21).  Defendant was sentenced to 364 days jail, 5 years formal probation, and pay $9,485.30 in restitution. This case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Orland Police Department Officers Roenspie, Fullmore, and Mills, Glenn County Sheriff's Office Detective Knight, and Glenn County Probation Department Officer Pfyl.

PEOPLE V. MCMOHAN, JEFFREY- Defendant was previously convicted of misdemeanor violations of Penal Code sections 242, Battery, 273.6, Violation of a Restraining Order and was found in violation of probation for the 2nd time. Defendant was sentenced to 360 days jail and probation was terminated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Ortiz. 

PEOPLE V. URRUTIA, MICHELE- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 647.6, Stalking. Defendant was found in violation of post release community supervision for the 4th time. Defendant was sentenced to 180 days in jail and PRCS was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Van Eck.

PEOPLE V. POINDEXTER, SEAN- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Health and Safety Code section 11378, Possession of Methamphetamine for Sales.  The Defendant found in violation of Post Release Community Supervision (PRCS) for the 3rd  time and was sentenced to 160 days jail.  This case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officer Van Eck.

PEOPLE V. SAYYAPHOM, SUNNY- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of 10851, Automobile Theft and found in violation of parole for the 4th time. Defendant was sentenced to 135 days jail and parole was reinstated.  This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Parole Agent Carroll.

PEOPLE V. YANG, DAVID- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 29800(a), Felon in Possession of a Firearm. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail and 3 years formal probation. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from California Fish and Wildlife Wardens Sullivan and Beals.

PEOPLE V. SURBER, CODY- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 69, Resisting a Peace Officer with Force or Violence and 1320(b), Failure to Appear On Own Recognizance. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail, Drug Court, and 3 years formal probation. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputies Thompson, Ladd, Ramirez, and Zarate

PEOPLE V. STEVENS, LITTLEFLOWER- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Health and Safety Code section 11364(a), Possession of Hypodermic Needles Drug Paraphernalia and was found in violation of probation for the 1st time in a misdemeanor Penal Code section 594(a), Vandalism case. Defendant was sentence to 120 days jail and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Edwards. 

PEOPLE V. RIVERA, RUBEN- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 273a(a), Child Endangerment and was found in violation of Post Release Community Supervision for the 4th time. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail and PRCS was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Van Eck.

PEOPLE V. DELGADILLO, EMILY- Defendant was previously convicted of Health and Safety Code section 11377(a), Possession of Methamphetamine and was found in violation of probation for the 3rd time. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days and probation was terminated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Permann

PEOPLE V. OCKERMAN, RYAN- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Vehicle Code section 4463(a)(1), Falsifying Registration. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail, 3 years formal probation, and drug court. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Orland Police Department Officer Lowery. 

PEOPLE V. POTTS, AARON- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 530.5(a), Identity Theft and Penal Code section 1320(b), Failure to Appear on Own Recognizance and found in violation of probation for the 4th time. Defendant was sentenced to 90 days in county jail, probation was reinstated. The case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Officer Permann.

PEOPLE V. CHAPPA, ANTHONY- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 242, BatteryDefendant was sentenced to 70 days jail and 3 years court probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Orland Police Department Sergeant Vlach.

PEOPLE V. THISSEL, PAIGE- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 484(a), Petty Theft. Defendant was sentenced to 60 days jail, ordered to pay $1550.12 in Restitution, and 3 years formal probation. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Department Deputy Barnes. 

PEOPLE V. SMITH, LOGAN- Defendant was convicted of misdemeanor violations of two counts of Penal Code section 243(e)(1), Battery on Cohabitant. Defendant was sentenced to 60 days jail, 52 week Batter's Treatment Classes, and 3 years formal probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputies Turner and Sheldon.

PEOPLE V. LOPEZ, JAMIE- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 273.6, Violation of a Restraining Order. Defendant was sentenced to 60 days jail, 52 week Batter's Treatment Classes, and 3 years formal probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Orland Police Department Officer Roenspie and Cessna.

PEOPLE V. YORK, STEVEN- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 243(e)(1), Battery on Cohabitant. Defendant was sentenced to 90 days jail suspended, 52 week Batter's Treatment Classes, and 3 years formal probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Draper.
