AS HEARD IN COURT JUNE 21, 2019

PEOPLE V. DENIZ, CHRISTOPHER- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code sections 243(e)(1), Domestic Battery and previously convicted of 459, Second Degree Burglary, and Health and Safety code section 11550(a), Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance, Business and Professions Code section 4060, Possession of a Controlled Substance without a Prescription. Defendant was found in violation for the 7th time and 3rd time on two prior misdemeanor cases. Defendant was sentenced to 664 days in jail and probation was terminated. The case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's OfficeDeputy Thompson.

PEOPLE V. LAY, RONALD- Defendant was previously convicted of misdemeanor violations of Penal Code sections 243(e)(1), Domestic Battery and two counts of 273.6(a), Violation of a Restraining Order. Defendant was found found in violation for the 1st time. Defendant was sentenced to 270 days in jail and probation was reinstated. The case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Office Deputy Ortiz.

PEOPLE V. GISLER, THOMAS- Defendant was convicted of misdemeanor violations of Penal Code sections 594, Vandalism and 273.6, Violation of a Restraining Order. Defendant was sentenced to 180 days in jail and 3 years probation. The case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Sergeant Corbin and Detective Felton.

PEOPLE V. MALLORY, JACOB- Defendant was previously convicted of felony violations of Health Code sections 11359, 11360(a), 182(a)(1)/11360(a) all drug related charges and found in violation of probation for the 1st time. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days in jail and probation was reinstated. The case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Probation's Office Deputy Van Eck.

PEOPLE V. MUNOZ, RAFAEL- Defendant was previously convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Vehicle Code section 23152(a), DUI and was found in violation of probation for the first time. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days in jail and probation was terminated. The case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from CHP – Willows Officer Camblin.

MARTIN, VINCENT- Defendant was previously convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code sections 273(a)(b), Child Endangerment and 243(e)(1), Domestic Battery and was found in violation of probation for the 2nd time. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days in jail. The case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Office Deputy Ortiz.

PEOPLE V. POWELL, JAYDEN- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code sections 273.5(a), Corporal Injury on Mother of Child. Defendant was sentenced to 90 days in jail and 3 years probation. The case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Alves.

PEOPLE V. SAUNDERS, CAROLINE- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code sections 273(a)(b), Child Endangerment. Defendant was sentenced to 90 days in jail and 4 years probation. The case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Alves and Detective Felton.

PEOPLE V. HUNSUCKER, JOHN- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code sections 290.012(a), Failure to Register as a Sex Offender Annually. Defendant was sentenced to 90 days in jail and 3 years probation. The case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Draper.

PEOPLE V. SKIDMORE, LOREN- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Health and Safety Code sections 11377(a), Possession of a Methamphetamine and 11364(a), Possession of a Methamphetamine Pipe. Defendant was sentenced to 90 days in jail. The case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Ayres.

PEOPLE V. GARCIA-MEDRANO, ALEJANDRO- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code sections 243(e)(1), Domestic Battery. Defendant was sentenced to 60 days in jail and 3 years probation. The case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Turner.

PEOPLE V. ENCISO, CHRISTIAN- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code sections 243(e)(1), Domestic Battery. Defendant was sentenced to 30 days in jail and 3 years probation. The case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Orland Police Department Officer Simpson.

PEOPLE V. SENGMANY, RAKXAT- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code sections 243(e)(1), Domestic Battery. Defendant was sentenced to 30 days in jail and 3 years probation. The case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Zarate.

PEOPLE V. NUNES, THOMAS- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code sections 29800(a), Possession of a Firearm by a Felon with a Strike and found in violation of PRCS for the 1st time. Defendant was sentenced to 30 days in jail and PRCS was resinstated. The case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Probation Office Deputy Van Eck.
