PEOPLE V. RATLEY, MICHAEL - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 666.5, Vehicle Theft with a Prior and felony 118(a), Perjury to Obtain Welfare Fraud Aid. Defendant was sentenced to 180 days jail, pay restitution of $3,192.45, and 3 years formal probation. PEOPLE V. FUENTES-FLORES, DAVID - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 273.5, Corporal Injury to a Mother of Child. Defendant was sentenced to 90 days jail, 52 week Batterer's Treatment Classes, and 3 years formal probation. PEOPLE V. RANGEL-RODRIGUEZ, MICHAEL ANGEL - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 21810, Possession of Metal Knuckles. Defendant was sentenced to 90 days jail, Drug Court, and 3 years formal probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey assistance from the Orland Police Department Officer Lowery.

PEOPLE V. MENDOZA,-CHAVEZ, FRANCISCO - Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Health and Safety Code section 11358(c), Cultivation of Marijuana. Defendant was sentenced to 3 year probation and pay restitution of $17,560 to the U.S. Forest Service. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from the Glenn County Sheriff's Office Agent Lopeteguy and CAL Fish and Game Warden Imsdahl.
