PEOPLE V. DIXON, DAVID- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Vehicle Code section 2800.2, Evading A Peace Officer. Defendant was sentenced to 2 years in state prison. This case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from GCSO Deputies Shelton and Zarate.
PEOPLE V. MATEO, MICHAEL- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 4573.6(a), Possession of Methamphetamine in Prison. Defendant was sentenced to 2 years state prison. This case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Valley View Prison Camp Lieutenant Ingwerson and Officer Pine.

The CoC Consolidated Application consists of three parts, the CoC Application, the CoC Priority
Listing, and all the CoC’s project applications that were either approved and ranked, or rejected.
All three must be submitted for the CoC Consolidated Application to be considered complete.

The California Department of Public Health (CDPH) announced today two confirmed deaths in California due to West Nile virus (WNV). The deceased persons were residents of Glenn county and Yuba county.
