AS HEARD IN COURT MAY 5, 2017

PEOPLE v. PHILLIPS, MICHAEL JAMES- Defendant was convicted of felony violations of Penal Code section 459, Second Degree Burglary, Penal Code section 22210, Possession of a Billy Club, and a prior Strike conviction. Defendant was sentenced to 7 years and 3 months in state prison. The case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Owens.

PEOPLE v. MARMOLEJO, JOSE ALFREDO- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 422, Criminal Threats. Defendant was found in violation of probation in 3 separate cases, and probation was terminated in all 3 of those cases. Defendant was sentenced to 570 days in county jail and 3 years formal probation. The case was prosecuted by DDA Harbarger with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Corbin.

PEOPLE v. ROTHGERY, CRYSTAL LYNN- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 4573.6(a), Possession of Methamphetamine in the Jail, and misdemeanor violations of Penal Code section 32/10851(a) VC, Accessory After the Fact to Automobile Theft, and Vehicle Code Section 14601.1(a), Driving with a Suspended License. Defendant was found in violation of probation in a separate misdemeanor case. Defendant was sentenced to 300 days in county jail, 3 years formal probation, and Drug Court. The case was prosecuted by DDA Harbarger with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff’s Office Detective Blair and Sergeant Melgarejo, Willows Police Department Officer Ayres, and California Highway Patrol Officers Owens and Mackintosh.

PEOPLE v. BOCTOY, CORALLIE- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 530.5(a), Identity Theft. Defendant was sentenced to 90 days in county jail, 3 years formal probation, and Drug Court. The case was prosecuted by DDA Harbarger with assistance from Willows Police Department Officers Ayres and Thompson, Detective Alves, and Sergeant McIntyre, and Glenn County Sheriff’s Office Detective Blair.
