PEOPLE V. JOHNSON, PAUL- Defendant was convicted of felony violations of Penal Code section 666.5, Vehicle Theft with Prior Vehicle Theft, and Vehicle Code section 2800.2, Reckless Evasion, and enhancements for a prior strike conviction and a prior prison term. Defendant was sentenced to 6 years and 4 months in state prison. The case was prosecuted by DDA Harbarger with assistance from California Highway Patrol Officer Stokes and Redding Police Department Officer Stenderup.

PEOPLE V. FARIAS, LUCINDA- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 459, 2nd Degree Burglary. Defendant was found in violation of probation for the 1st time. Defendant was sentenced to 240 days in county jail, Drug Court and probation was reinstated. The case was prosecuted by DDA Harbarger with assistance from Orland Police Department Sgt. Johnson and Officer Ayres and Glenn County Probation Department Officer Permann.

PEOPLE V. DODGE, SHANNON- Defendant was previously convicted of misdemeanor violations of Health and Safety Code section 11357(a), Possession of Concentrated Cannabis, and Vehicle Code section 14601.2, Driving on a License Suspended for DUI. Defendant was found in violation of probation for the 1st time. Defendant was sentenced to 180 days in county jail and probation was extended to 5 years. The case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Moize.

PEOPLE V. ALLEN, JERRY- Defendant was convicted of 8 misdemeanor violations of Penal Code section 273.6, Disobeying a Domestic Violence Restraining Order. Defendant was sentenced to 150 days county jail with 90 days suspended and 3 years of court probation. The case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Orland Police Department Sgt. Johnson and Officers Cessna, Carmon, and Fullmore, and Victim Witness Advocate Pinedo.
