PEOPLE V. CAMPBELL, CHAD- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 666.5, Vehicle Theft with a Prior Conviction for Vehicle Theft. Defendant was sentenced to 4 years in state prison plus a 16 months consecutive prison term from Napa County for a total of 5 years and 4 months in state prison. The case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from California Highway Patrol Officer Owens.

PEOPLE V. KIMLEE, MICAH- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Health and Safety Code section 11352(a), Possession of a Controlled Substance for Sales. Defendant was found in violation of probation for the 6th time and probation was permanently terminated. Defendant was sentenced to 4 years in prison. The case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Permann and Orland Police Department Officer Thompson.

PEOPLE V. SHELDEN, FRANKLIN- Defendant was convicted of six misdemeanor violations of Penal Code section 647.6(a)(1), Annoy Molest Harass a Child Under 18 years of Age. Defendant was sentenced to 720 days in county jail, 5 years formal probation, and sex offender treatment program. The case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Detective Blair and Victim Witness Advocate Pinedo. 

PEOPLE V. STANDRIDGE, CURTIS- Defendant was previously convicted of felony violations of Penal Code section 245(a)(4), Assault Likely to Cause Great Bodily Injury, Penal Code section 273a(a), Child Endangerment, and a prior prison conviction. Defendant was found in violation of Post Release Community Supervision (PRCS) for the 8th time and PRCS was terminated. Defendant was sentenced to 296 days in county jail. The case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Van Eck and Orland Police Department Sgt. Johnson.  

PEOPLE V. MCWILLIAMS, JON- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 496(a), Receiving Stolen Property over $950. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days in county jail, 3 years of formal probation, and Drug Court. The case was prosecuted by DDA Harbarger with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputies Corbin and Rasmussen.

PEOPLE V. NGUYEN, TOAN- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 487(a)/508, Embezzlement. Defendant was sentenced to 90 days in county jail, 3 years formal probation, and restitution of $2,316.96. The case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Orland Police Department Officer Mills.
