PEOPLE V. ROTHGERY, CRYSTAL- Defendant was convicted by jury of a felony violation of Penal Code section 451(d), Arson of Property. Defendant was also convicted of misdemeanor violations of Vehicle Code section 14601.1(a), Driving without a License, and 14601.3(a), Habitual Traffic Offender.  Defendant was previously on felony probation for a violation of Penal Code section 4573.6(a), Bringing Drugs into the Jail, and 2 separate misdemeanor cases. Defendant was found in violation of probation on 3 separate cases. Defendant was sentenced to 540 days in county jail, 3 years formal probation, and probation was terminated in 3 cases. A hearing has been set for the restitution to the victim for the vehicle that was burned in the arson. The case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Orland Police Department Officer Branson.

PEOPLE V. BUTLER, STEVEN- Defendant was previously convicted of two misdemeanor violations of Health and Safety Code section 11364(a), Possession of a Methamphetamine Pipe, and a misdemeanor violation of Health and Safety Code section 11357, Possession of Marijuana. Defendant was found in violation of probation for the 3rd time and terminated from probation. Defendant was sentenced to 300 days in county jail. The case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Orland Police Department Officers Roenspie, Carrillo, and Ayres and Glenn County Probation Department Officer Permann.

PEOPLE V. COLBERT, MATTHEW- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 21310, Possession of a Dirk or Dagger and a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 484, Petty Theft. Defendant was found in violation of probation for the 3rd time. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days in county jail and reinstated to probation. The case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Permann.

PEOPLE V. PELUCCA, MELISSA- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 18720, Intent to Make a Destructive Device. Defendant was found in violation of mandatory supervision for the 5th time. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days in county jail and reinstated to mandatory supervision. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Van Eck. 

PEOPLE V. PRITCHARD, DANIEL- Defendant was previously convicted of misdemeanor violations of Health and Safety Code section 11350, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and 11364(a), Possession of a Methamphetamine Pipe. Defendant was found in violation of probation for the 3rd time. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days in county jail and reinstated to probation. The case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Willows Police Department Officer Ayres and Glenn County Probation Department Officer Permann.

IDZINSKI, SEAN- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Health and Safety Code section 11378, Possession of Methamphetamine for Sale, and a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 273.6, Violation of a Criminal Protective Order. Defendant was found in violation of probation for the 4th time. Defendant was sentenced to 90 days in county jail and reinstated to probation. The case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Permann.

PEOPLE V. MONTES, CARLOS- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Health and Safety Code section 11359(b), Possession of Marijuana for Sales. Defendant was sentenced to 90 days county jail, with $15,820 seized in asset forfeiture, and 3 years court probation. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Detective Blair and Fish and Wildlife Warden Martignoni.  

PEOPLE V. SYNDERGAARD, BRETT- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 243.1, Battery on Custodial Officer. Defendant was found in violation of probation for the 4th time. Defendant was sentenced to 90 days in county jail and reinstated to probation. The case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Permann.

PEOPLE V. GAMBLE, JAMES- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 187/192(c)(2), Vehicular Manslaughter without Gross Negligence.  Defendant was sentenced to 180 days in county jail suspended, 160 hours of community service, and 3 years court probation. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from CHP Officer Stokes and MAIT Officer Dalin.
