PEOPLE V. MCMILLEN, RYAN- Defendant was convicted of felony violations of Penal Code section 666.5/10851(a), Vehicle Theft with a Prior Vehicle Theft, Penal Code section 496(a), Receiving Stolen Property over $950, Penal Code section 594(b)(1), Vandalism with Damage over $400, and Penal Code section 667.5(b), Prior Prison Term. Defendant was sentenced to 6 years and 4 months in state prison. The case was prosecuted by DDA Harbarger with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Detectives Knight and Blair, Deputies Lorenzo and Thompson, and Sgt. Holley and Orland Police Department Officers Branson and Roenspie. 

PEOPLE V. HERNANDEZ, ROBERTO- Defendant was convicted of felony violations of Penal Code section 422, Criminal Threats, and Penal Code section 530.5(a), Identity Theft. Defendant was sentenced to 2 years and 8 months in state prison. The case was prosecuted by DDA Harbarger with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputies Barnes and Rasmussen and Detective Felton and Orland Police Department Officer Fullmore. 

PEOPLE V. CHAVEZ, SALVADOR- Defendant was previously convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 243(e)(1), Battery on Cohabitant. Defendant was found in violation of probation for the 4th time and probation was terminated. Defendant was sentenced to 364 days in county jail. The case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Garcia. 

PEOPLE V. DELGADO, JESSE- Defendant was previously convicted and sentenced to prison for felony violations Health and Safety Code section 11351, Possession of a Controlled Substance for Sale and Penal Code section 1320.5, Failure to Appear. Defendant was found in violation of Post Release Community Supervision for the 2nd time. Defendant was sentenced to 180 days in county jail. The case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Van Eck.

PEOPLE V. SHOCKLEY, JENNIFER- Defendant was convicted of misdemeanor violations of Penal Code section 242, Battery, and Penal Code section 273a(b), Child Endangerment and found in violation of probation for the 3rd time in 3 other case. Defendant was sentenced to 180 days in county jail, 3 years court probation, and 52 Week Batterer's Treatment Program. The case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Orland Police Department Officer Roenspie.  

PEOPLE V. KHAMSAVANG, PHIEN- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violations of 148(a)(1), Resist, Obstruct, or Delay an Officer. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days in county jail and 3 years court probation. The case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Zarate.

PEOPLE V. ROBERSON, KENNETH- Defendant was convicted by jury of 5 special allegations in violation of Penal Code section 667(c)&(e) and 1170.12, Prior Felony Convictions of Armed Robbery, Frist Degree Burglary, and Attempted First Degree Burglary. The Defendant will be sentenced on March 2, 2018. The case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann.
