PEOPLE V. WILLS, CALEB- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 273.5(a), Corporal Injury on Cohabitant. Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 245(a)(4), Assault Likely to Cause Great Bodily Injury, was found in violation of probation, and probation was permanently revoked. Defendant was sentenced to 5 years in state prison. The case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Zarate.

PEOPLE V. MARKHAM, MARK- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Vehicle Code section 10851(a), Vehicle Theft, and Penal Code section 496d(a), Receiving Stolen Vehicle. Defendant was sentenced to 3 years in prison. The case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from California Highway Patrol Officer Horwath.

PEOPLE V. VILLARREAL, FRANCISCO- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 30305(a)(1), Felon in Possession of Ammunition, and a misdemeanor violation of Vehicle Code section 23152(b), DUI with a Prior DUI. Defendant was sentenced to 2 years in state prison. The case was prosecuted by DDA Harbarger with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Lemmon, Orland Police Department Officer Roenspie and Sgt. Vlach, and Willows Police Department Officer Ayres.

PEOPLE V. GARCIA, FIDEL- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Vehicle Code section 23152(a)/23550, DUI with 3 Prior DUIs. Defendant was sentenced to 180 days in county jail, 5 years formal probation, and $4,485 in restitution. The case was prosecuted by DDA Harbarger with assistance from California Highway Patrol Officers Henriques and Partlow.

PEOPLE V. VETETO, JASON- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 273.5(a), Corporal Injury on Cohabitant. Defendant was found in violation of Post Release Community Supervision for the 3rd time. Defendant was sentenced to 180 days in county jail and reinstated to Post Release Community Supervision. The case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Garcia and Glenn County Sheriff’s Office Deputy McIntyre.

PEOPLE V. SHARPE, JASON- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 368(d), Elder Abuse Theft over $950. Defendant was sentenced to 90 days in county jail and 3 years of formal probation. The case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Willows Police Department Detective Alves.
