PEOPLE V. GOCHENOUER, BONNIE - Defendant was previously convicted of misdemeanor violations of Health and Safety Code sections 11350(a), Possession of Lorazepam, 11377(a), Possession of Methamphetamine, and 11364(a),Possession of a Meth Pipe. Defendant was found in violation of probation for the 3rd time. Defendant was sentenced to 364 days jail and probation was terminated.
