PEOPLE V. BRYAN PAUL MCLAIN JR - Defendant was convicted of felony violations of Penal Code sections 245(a)(1), Assault with a Deadly Weapon with a Car, Vehicle Code section 23153(a), Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol Causing Injury, Penal Code sections 12022.7(a), Causing Great Bodily Injury, another count of 245(a)(1), Assault with a Deadly Weapon with a Car, 211, Second Degree Robbery on the Mother of his Child, and 1320(b), Failure to Appear on  Felony. Defendant was sentenced to 8 years 8 months state prison. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from CHP Willows Officers Henriques, Forslund, Baxter, and Gilliam and Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputies Cordova, Garcia, Rasmussen, Thompson, and Lemmon.

 

PEOPLE V. JAVIER MARTINEZ - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 273.5(a), Corporal Injury on a Cohabitant and was found in violation of felony probation for a violation of Penal Code section 422, Criminal Threats. Defendant was sentenced to 1 year 89 days jail or to be served at a residential rehabilitation center, drug court, and 3 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputies Rasmussen and Cordova.

 

PEOPLE V. DOUGLAS JAMES MIDDLETON - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Health and Safety Code section 11351(a), Possession of Fentanyl for Sale. Defendant was sentenced to 1 year prison consecutive to his current Shasta County prison commitment. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Huichapan and Sergeant Johnsen. 

 

PEOPLE V. CODY RANDAL BENTLEY -  Defendant was convicted of felony violation of Penal Code sections 529(a)(3) False Personation and Vehicle Code section 4463(a)(1), False Impersonation. Defendant was sentenced to 360 days jail, rehabilitation treatment, drug court, and 2 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Orland Police Department Officers Martindale and Roenspie. 


PEOPLE V. RICHARD THOMAS HODGES- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 18710(a), Possession of a Destructive Device. Defendant was sentenced to 8 months prison consecutive to his current prison sentence he is serving from Shasta and Placer counties. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Lourenzo and the Butte County Bomb Squad Deputy Reid. 

 

PEOPLE V. WYATT DENIZ -  Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 459, First Degree Burglary and misdemeanor violation of probation of 243(e)(1), Domestic Battery for the 3rd time. Defendant was sentenced to 210 days jail, rehabilitation treatment, drug court, and 2 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputies Rasmussen, Ayres, Lemmon, and Tuma.

 

PEOPLE V. KEVIN ALEXIS CRUZ - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 278.5(a), Child Abduction. Defendant was sentenced to 180 days jail, 52 weeks Batterer's Treatment program, and 3 years probation. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Orland Police Department Officer Roenspie and Sergeant Johnson and Sacramento County Sheriff's Office Deputy Galyean and Sergeant Marsden. 

 

PEOPLE V. ANDREW BURROWS - Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code 288(c)(1), Lewd and Lascivious Acts with a Child and was found in violation of Post Release Community Supervision for the 6th time.  Defendant was sentenced to 180 days jail and PRCS was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Perry.

 

PEOPLE V. AMADO RAMSES ALVAREZ-CARRILLO- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 1320(b), Failure to Appear While on Own Recognizance on a Felony and a misdemeanor violation of 261.5(a), Unlawful Sexual Intercourse with a Minor. Defendant was sentenced to 152 days jail and 2 years probation. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy McIntyre. 

 

PEOPLE V. JORGE PEREZ- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 236, False Imprisonment. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail and 3 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Officer Deputy Lourenzo.

 

PEOPLE V. FREDI PINEDA - Defendant was convicted of misdemeanor violations of Penal Code sections 594, Vandalism, 166(a)(4), Failure to Follow a Court Order, 242, Battery in 2 separate counts, and Health and Safety Code section 11377(a), Possession of Methamphetamine. Defendant was sentenced to 90 days jail, 52 week Batterer's Treatment classes and 3 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputies Cordova and Lourenzo. 

 

PEOPLE V. RICKY COMER - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 29800(a)(1), Felon in Possession of Firearm. Defendant was sentenced to 90 days jail, drug court, and 2 years probation.  This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Orland Police Department Officer Martindale.


PEOPLE V. LISSETTE MARINE GOMEZ - Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 243.1, Battery on a Custodial Officer with a Strike Prior and was found in violation of Post Release Community Supervision (PRCS) for the 5th time. Defendant was sentenced to 60 days jail and PRCS was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neuman with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officer Perry. 

 

PEOPLE V. JANEVA TRENADO- Defendant was convicted of misdemeanor violations of Penal Code sections 273a(a), Child Endangerment and 270.1(a), Failure to Address Truancy. Defendant was sentenced to 60 days jail and 4 years probation. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Orland Police Department Officer Martindale, former Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Alves, and SARB Coordinator Ms. Goines.

 

PEOPLE V. ANDY SAECHAO- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 422, Criminal Threats. Defendant was sentenced to 60 days jail and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officer Gray.

 

PEOPLE V. HERMELINDO GONZALEZ-SALGADO - Defendant was previously convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Health and Safety Code section 11377(a), Possession of Methamphetamine and was found in violation of probation. Defendant was sentenced to 60 days jail and probation was terminated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officer Permann.

 

PEOPLE V. ARTEMIO MUNGIA ZEJADA - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation  Penal Code section 594(b)(2)(A), Vandalism over $400. Defendant was sentenced to 60 days jail, 52 weeks Batterer's Treatment classes, and 3 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Thompson. 

 

PEOPLE V. MICHAEL PEREZ - Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 69 and was found in violation of probation for the 3rd time. Defendant was sentenced to 60 days jail and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from former Glenn County Probation Officer Van Eck.
