AS HEARD IN COURT OCTOBER 8, 2021
PEOPLE V. MICHAEL BRIAN SULLIVAN- Defendant was convicted of felony violations of Penal Code sections 273a(a), Child Endangerment of His 2 Week Old Baby Girl and 290(b), Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. Defendant was sentenced to 4 years 8 months prison. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Ayres.
Drought: Emergency Bottled Water & Voucher Distribution Event
Orland, California – Glenn County is hosting emergency bottled water distribution events in October for residents impacted by dry wells resulting from the current drought.

PEOPLE V. EVERETT MAGHAN- Defendant was convicted of a felony violations of Penal Code section 245(a)(1), Assault with a Deadly Weapon with a Glass Vase, 69, Resist Police Officer by Force or Violence, 594(b)(1), Vandalism Over $400, misdemeanor 594(a), Vandalism Under $400, and felony Vehicle Code section 10851(a), Automobile Theft.

PEOPLE V. JASON GRAY DONALDSON - On May 25, 2021, Defendant was convicted by jury trial of felony violations of Penal Code section 287(c)(2)(A), Oral Copulation by Force, 422(a), Criminal Threats, 273.5(f)(1), Corporal Injury on a Cohabitant with a Previous Conviction within 7 years, and 667.5(a)(1), Committing a Serious or Violent Felony with a Prior Serious or Violent Felony. Defendant was sentenced to 26 years 8 months state prison. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Goodwin. Booking photo attached.
