Interim City Manager Wayne Peabody will give a presentation to inform the public about the possible consolidation of Police services between the Willows Police Department and the Glenn County Sheriff’s Department. Willows Police Chief Jason Dahl and Sherriff Rich Warren will be present to answer any questions.
