Notice of Public Hearing for Adoption of Final Budget
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS FOR ADOPTION OF
THE 2019-2020 COUNTY OF GLENN FINAL BUDGET AND
THE 2019-2020 AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT FINAL BUDGET
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Glenn County Recommended Budget information for fiscal year 2019-2020 is available to members of the general public. Copies of this information may be obtained at the Glenn County Board of Supervisors Office, 525 W. Sycamore Street, Suite B1, Willows, CA 95988 after 12:00 pm on Friday, September 6, 2019. The budget as recommended by the Glenn County Board of Supervisors will be reviewed during a public hearing held during the regularly scheduled Board meeting on Tuesday, October 1, 2019 at 09:15 a.m. for the purpose of adopting it as the Adopted Budget for the fiscal year 2019-2020.
The Board of Supervisors, acting as the Air Pollution Control District Board, will also conduct a public hearing for the purpose of adopting the 2019-2020 Air Pollution Control District Budget. The meeting place will be the Board of Supervisors Chambers, 525 W. Sycamore Street, Willows, CA 95988. Any member of the general public may appear at the hearing and be heard regarding any item in the budget or for the inclusion of additional items. All proposals for the increase or inclusion of additional items shall be submitted in writing to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors before the close of the public meeting. Any citizen has the right to attend the meeting to provide written or oral comments or to ask questions regarding the entire budget. Written comments may be submitted to the Clerk of the Board located at 525 W. Sycamore Street, Suite B1, Willows CA 95988.
