GLENN LOCAL AGENCY FORMATION COMMISSION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Glenn Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO) will hold a Public Hearing to consider the following item at 9:00 A.M., or as soon thereafter as possible, to be held on MONDAY, JANUARY 11, 2021, in the Glenn County Board of Supervisors’ Chambers, Willows Memorial Hall, 525 West Sycamore Street, 2nd Floor, Willows, California.
REQUEST FOR RECONSIDERATION OF GLENN LAFCO’S APPROVAL OF THE SUNNY TRUCK SERVICE CENTER ANNEXATION. ON NOVEMBER 9, 2020, GLENN LAFCO ADOPTED RESOLUTION NO. 2020-06 APPROVING THE SUNNY TRUCK SERVICE CENTER ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF ORLAND. A REQUEST FOR RECONSIDERATION OF GLENN LAFCO’S APPROVAL OF THE SUNNY TRUCK SERVICE CENTER ANNEXATION HAS BEEN SUBMITTED TO GLENN LAFCO AND THE COMMISSION WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER THE REQUEST FOR RECONSIDERATION AT THE COMMISSION’S JANUARY 11, 2021, MEETING. THE SUNNY TRUCK ANNEXATION AREA IS LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF COUNTY ROAD HH, BETWEEN COUNTY ROAD 13 AND COUNTY ROAD 14.
Interested parties are encouraged to submit written comments prior to the hearing, or to appear and present oral testimony. To ensure consideration by LAFCO, all written material concerning the request for reconsideration should be submitted to Glenn LAFCO at 525 West Sycamore Street, Suite B1, Willows, CA 95988, as soon as possible prior to the LAFCO hearing.
