The Colusa Groundwater Authority (CGA) & Glenn Groundwater Authority (GGA) are seeking a qualified firm/professional to develop and submit the Colusa Subbasin Water Year 2022 Groundwater Sustainability Plan Annual Report. This will include collecting and analyzing data, preparing the necessary maps and reports, providing presentations to the GSAs and others and necessary, and uploading the reports and related data to the Department of Water Resources SGMA Portal. Proposals are due November 14, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. Interested individuals are encouraged to review the complete Request for Proposals.
