GLENN COUNTY PUBLIC WORKS AGENCY ANNOUNCES FEE INCREASES - EFFECTIVE AUGUST 1, 2025

The Glenn County Public Works Agency is announcing updates to Engineering and Surveyor Fees, effective August 1, 2025.

The updated fees are as follows:

• Parcel Map: $1,070 plus $54.00 per parcel
• Final Map: $1,070 plus $54.00 per parcel
• Record of Survey: $355.00
• Encroachment Permit: $289.00
• Pipeline Franchise Agreement: $1,545.00
• Pipeline Franchise Agreement Amendment: $773.00

These changes apply to all applicable applications submitted on or after August 1, 2025.
