People vs. Dacey, Mike—Defendant was convicted of a violation of probation. Defendant has six prior violations of probation. Defendant was sentenced to 2 years state prison. This case was prosecuted by ADA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff’s Deputy Cordova.
People vs. Alfaro, Jose—Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 666.5(a)(Auto Theft with a prior). Defendant was sentenced to 1 year state prison consecutive to a 3 year sentence from Kern County. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation Sergeant Flowerdew.
People vs. Zuniga, David—Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 273a(a) (Child abuse likely to produce great bodily harm/death), and a violation of probation. Defendant was sentenced to 364 days county jail for the felony violation and 364 days county jail for the violation of probation to be served concurrent.
