PEOPLE V. JASON GRAY DONALDSON - On May 25, 2021, Defendant was convicted by jury trial of felony violations of Penal Code section 287(c)(2)(A), Oral Copulation by Force, 422(a), Criminal Threats, 273.5(f)(1), Corporal Injury on a Cohabitant with a Previous Domestic Violence Conviction within 7 years, and 667.5(a)(1), Committing a Serious or Violent Felony with a Prior Serious or Violent Felony. Defendant was sentenced to 26 years 8 months state prison. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Goodwin. Defendant was returned for resentencing based on changes in California law. The Defendant was again sentenced to 26 years, 8 months state prison. He will register as a 290 sex offender for life.
People vs. Bostic, Antone—Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 594(b) (Vandalism), a felony violation of Penal Code 1320(b) (Failure to Appear) and violations of probation. Defendant was sentenced to 16 months state prison for the vandalism violation and a consecutive 8 months prison for his failure to appear. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Probation officer Berglund.
People vs. Johanningsmeier, Mark—Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Vehicle Code section 23152(a) (Driving Under the Influence). Defendant was sentenced to 8 months state prison consecutive to his other 2 year sentence. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from California Highway Patrol Officer Blanken.
People vs. Pedro, Philip—Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 21310 (Possessing a Dirk/Dagger). Defendant was sentenced to 292 days county jail. This case was prosecuted by ADA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff’s Deputy Garcia.
People vs. Morrison, TJ—Defendant was convicted of a violation of post release community supervision. Defendant was sentenced to 180 days county jail and reinstated on PRCS. The case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officer Pfyl.
People vs. Ali, Hafeez—Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violations of Penal Code sections 647(a)(Lewd Conduct in Public). Defendant was sentenced to 60 days county jail. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from California Highway Patrol Officer Servin.
