NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the County of Glenn (County) Public Work Agency (PWA), will receive bids for the Western Glenn County Roadway Clearance with Hazard Tree Removal Project located in Glenn County, California. Bids shall be submitted on forms included in the Bid Packet. Copies of the Bid Packet and the drawings may be obtained from County website at www.countyofglenn.net  Copies are on file and open to public inspection at Glenn County Public Works Agency, 777 North Colusa Street, Willows, CA 95958.

• Bid Summary 

Bids must be received at the Glenn County Public Works Agency, 777 North Colusa Street, Willows, CA 95958, no later than 2:30 P.M. on November 25, 2025 November 24, 2025, November 20, 2025.. The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 3:00 P.M. on November 25, 2025 November 24, 2025, November 20, 2025., at the Glenn County office of Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, located at 525 West Sycamore Street, Suite B1, Willows, CA 95988. Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes and marked in the upper left-hand corner, “Western Glenn County Roadway Clearance with Hazard Tree Removal Project”, together with the name and address of the bidder. The bids will be opened and read publicly and bidders or their agents are invited to be present.

Any request for explanation or interpretation of the Bid Documents must be made in writing no later than 5:00 PM on November 10, 2025. All requests shall be made by email to [email protected] with the subject line of Western Glenn County Roadway Clearance with Hazard Tree Removal Project. Any explanation or interpretation will be made in the form of Addenda to the Contract Documents. All Addenda will be uploaded to www.publicpurchase.com and the County website at www.countyofglenn.net. It will be the bidder’s responsibility to verify that they have received all Addenda. Bidders shall submit signed copies of all Addenda with their Proposals. Oral explanations and interpretations will not be binding.

The COUNTY reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals or select the Proposals which it deems in the best interest of the COUNTY to accept. The COUNTY also reserves the right to waive any information not material to cost or performance in any Proposal or bid.
