Defendant was sentenced to 180 days jail, pay restitution of $9,367, and 2 years probation. PEOPLE V. FRANCINE MICHELLE BRANCA - Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 22810(a), Felon in Possession of Tear Gas.
