PEOPLE V. STEPHEN KRAIG GREEN- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony probation violation of Penal Code section 4573.6, Bringing Drugs into jail and was found in violation of mandatory supervision for the 1st and 2nd time. Defendant was sentenced to 977 days jail and mandatory supervision was terminated. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Probation Office Deputy Perry. 

PEOPLE V. ANTONIO SANCHEZ - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 69, Resist a Peace Officer with Force or Violence. Defendant was sentenced to 712 days jail and 2 years probation. The case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputies Ramirez and Turner. 

PEOPLE V. HANNAH REED - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 243.1, Battery on an Officer. Defendant was sentenced to 16 months prison consecutive the prison sentence she is currently serving. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputies Martindale and Sheldon and Corporal Berlier. 

PEOPLE V. MARIA CONCEPCION PANIAGUA -Defendant was convicted of a violation of Penal Code section273.6(a), Violation of  Restraining Order. Defendant was sentenced to 364 days jail. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Alves. 

PEOPLE V. GARDENIA AVALOS - Defendant was convicted of felony violations of Welfare and Institutions Code section 10980(c)(2), Welfare Fraud and Penal Code section 118(a), Perjury to Obtain Aid, and misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section of Penal Code section 530.5, Identity Theft. Defendant was sentenced to 180 days jail, pay restitution of $9,367, and 2 years probation. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Health and Human Services Agency Special Investigator McClain and Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Turner.

PEOPLE V. FRANCINE MICHELLE BRANCA - Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 22810(a), Felon in Possession of Tear Gas. Defendant was sentenced to 45 days jail and 1 year probation. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Johnsen.
