Notice is Hereby Given that the Glenn County Planning & Public Works Agency has completed an assessment of the possible environmental effects of the following described Project, determined that an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) is appropriate, and prepared a Draft EIR analyzing the potential effects of the Project. This determination has been made, and the Draft EIR has been prepared, according to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the State CEQA Guidelines, and the rules, regulations, and procedures for implementing CEQA as adopted by the Glenn County Planning & Public Works Agency.
Glenn County, along with the incorporated cities of Orland and Willows, is in the process of preparing a Multi-Jurisdiction Hazard Mitigation Plan (MJHMP). Click on the headline for more project information.

On August 18, 2015, the Glenn County Board of Supervisors (Board) imposed a moratorium on the issuance of Conditional Use Permits issued under Section 15.330.040 (M) of the Glenn County Code.
